A SPECIAL ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP FOR A CERTAIN PARCEL -
FROM INDUSTRIAL COMMERCIAL(IC)DISTRICT TO LOW TO MODERATE
INTENSITY INDUSTRIAL(I1)DISTRICT
WHEREAS, The Zoning Map designates a certain property, commonly known as 910 Progress
Drive(State Parcel ID: 89-16-30-000-212.000-030), legally described as follows,to
wit:
910 Progress Drive: PT LOT 2 SEC2 RICHMONDS NW INDUSTRIAL PARK
SEC 2 PTNE SEC 30-14-1 5.526A PT SE SEC 30-14-1 1.431A
as an Industrial Commercial(IC)District,as described on Exhibit A; and
WHEREAS, It is desirable to change the zoning designations to a Low to Moderate Intensity
Industrial (Il) District in order to utilize the facility for food production and sports
medical fitness and training facility.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Richmond,
Indiana,that the zoning designation for the above-described property is changed to a Low to Moderate
Intensity Industrial(I1)District.
Passed and adopted this 7 day of 202IC,,by the Common Council
of the City of Richmond,Indiana.
