AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF NEW TAXICAB DRIVER
LICENSES FOR THE 2015 -2016 LICENSE TERM
WHEREAS, application has been made and the proper fee paid for a TAXICAB
DRIVERS LICENSE for Express Taxi LLC for the 2015 -2016 License Term
by the following:
John R. Cook
WHEREAS, the Carteret Police Department has made an investigation of the
facts stated in the application and recommends that a Taxicab Driver License be
granted to for the 2015 -2016 License Tenn.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the
Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret, that the Municipal Clerk be and is
hereby authorized and directed to issue a Taxicab Driver's License for the 2015-
2016 License Term to John R. Cook.
Adopted this 15" day of October, 2015
and certified as a true copy of the
Original on October 16, 2015.
