AUTHORIZING PURCHASING AGENT TO ADVERTISE
FOR BIDS FOR REPLACEMENT OF TREES
WHEREAS, there is a need to advertise bids for the replacement of trees in the
Borough of Carteret; and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that it is in the best interest of the Borough of
Carteret to bid for said replacement of trees;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Mayor
and Council of the Borough of Carteret that the Purchasing Agent of the Borough is
hereby authorized and directed to advertise for sealed bids for the replacement of
trees in the Borough of Carteret.
Adopted this 3rd day of June, 1999
and certified as a true copy of the original
on June 4, 1999
