Remote Participants : Chair Belinda Eyestone; Members G . Howard Hayes , Diane Salomone;
Deputy Assessor James Gallagher
Call to Order : Ms . Eyestone called the meeting to order at 4 : 36 pin .
Declaration of a Quorum : A quorum was present . All members were participating remotely
and confirmed that they could hear each other .
Meeting Participation Statement : Mr . Gallagher read the following meeting participation
statement :
This meeting will be conducted by remote participation pursuant to Gov . Baker ' s March
2020 orders suspending certain Open Meeting Law provisions and imposing limits on
public gatherings . No in-person meeting attendance will be permitted . If the Town is
unable to live broadcast this meeting, a record of the proceedings will be provided on the
Town website as soon as possible .
Mr. Gallagher was monitoring the public comment/question email address and confirmed that no
questions or comments had been received .
Regular Session
• Report of the Deputy Assessor : Mr . Gallagher gave a status update on the PK appraisers .
Building Permit inspections and cyclical inspections have wrapped up for the season . The
PK appraisers are currently conducting Business Personal Property Inspections .
• Review and approve Regular Session Meeting Minutes — February 9 , 2021 and March
9 , 2021 : Mr . Hayes moved to approve the February 9 , 2021 and March 9 , 2021 regular
session minutes as presented . Ms . Eyestone seconded the motion . Roll call vote : Hayes —
Aye ; Eyestone — Aye ; Salomone - Aye ; approved unanimously .

• Next Meetings : April 13 , 2021 , April 27 , 2021
• Executive Session (To comply with or act under the. authority of any general or special law
or federal grant-in-aid requirements : MGL Chap 59 Sec . 60 and MGL Chap . 214 Sec . 1B ;
