28 with all councilmen present. Mayor Ross presided at the meeting.
David J. Abels, chairman of the Grundy County Sanitary Landfill
Commission, met with the council to clarify the rules, regulations,
and resolution concerning the landfill project.
On a motion by Huisman, seconded by Eckhoff, the council adopted
the resolution approving t'ne agreement for the Grundy County Sanitary
Landfill Project. Roll call of votes was as follows:
Ayes: Hippen, Van Deest, Huisman, Claassen, Eckhoff
Nays: None
Absent: None
Motion carried.
On a motion by Claassen, seconded by Hippen, the agreement be-
tween the Town. of Wellsburg and the Grundy County Sanitary Landfill
Commission was adopted. Roll call of votes was as follows:
Ayes: Huisman, Claassen, Hippen, Van Deest, Eckhoff
Nays: None
Absent: None
Motion carried.
There being no further business, the meeting stood adjourned.

5, 1970a with Mayor Ross presiding and all members of the council
present.
The minutes of the previous meetings were approved as read°
on a motion made by Claassen and seconded by Eckti�.off. Carriec?..
The treasurer's report was accepted as read.. on a motion by
Van Deest and seconded by Hippen. Carried.
On a motion by Hippen, seconded by Eckr.off, the following bills
were allowed for payment:
