1 . The meeting was called to order by the chairman at 10 : 00 AM via
Zoom
2 . Minutes of the previous meeting were approved
3 . The meeting was joined by Peter Lombardi , Town Administrator . He
provided an update on the historic Spruce Hill property owned by
the town and the proposal by the Brewster Historical Society plans
to move the shed to their Windmill property at Drummer Boy Park ,
Peter Lombardi agreed to follow up with continued maintenance of
the Pine Hill property .

4 . The project at Ocean regarding the Nickerson House proposal was
briefly discussed . j
5 . Faythe Ellis agreed to check on the ongoing project to complete
another batch of Form B ' s by June 30 , 2021 .
6 . Patricia discussed progress on obtaining box binders for hard copies
of the Foran - B ' s
7 . Patricia and Faythe agreed to move forward to update the Historic
home map and have it made available on the BHC section of the
Town website .
8 . George agreed to renew efforts to reschedule a presentation to the
Brewster Board of Trade Board of Directors , which was postponed by
the pandemic .
9 . Patricia and Renee agreed to push forward on the demolition Delay
project .
10 . The Chairman agreed to contact various disparate parties to form
a committee to coordinate the events and programs around the
town ' s historical heritage .
11 . There being no further business the meeting was adjourned at
11 : 05 AM
