THE CITY OF RICHMOND,INDIANA,DECEMBER 23,1998
The Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of Richmond,Indiana,met at 5 p.m.Wednesday,
December 23, 1998,in the Community Room in the Municipal Building. Chairperson Bob Goodwin
presided with Bruce Metzger in attendance.Robin Henry and Assistant City Attorney Steve Rabe were
absent.The following business was conducted:
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
The minutes of the meetings of December 10 and 17, 1998,were approved on a motion by Metzger,second
by Chairperson Goodwin and was carried on a unanimous voice vote.
CLAIMS FOR PAYMENT
Chairperson Goodwin said no claims were submitted by the City Controller's office,adding that next week
would be the final check run for the year..
REQUESTS
A. Chairperson Goodwin announced that a request had come before the Board for a residential
curb cut at 3207 Parkwood Drive.He said all departments had recommended approval with
conditions that city specifications be followed.Metzger moved to approve,subject to all
conditions being met,second by Chairperson Goodwin and the motion was carried on a
unanimous voice vote.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business,on a motion duly made,seconded and passed,and carried on a unanimous
voice vote,the meeting was adjourned.
