In order to avoid any possible interpretation of a violation of Ryan Bennett the Open Meeting Law, the Planning Board will not provide comment in return to the Senior Department speaker, however the item may be moved to a future agenda if discussion is deemed Assistant warranted . Lynn St. Cyr 5 . Review and Vote on Request for Extension to Special Permit & Site Plan Review Decision #2019-01 . The owner/ applicant Stephen Brown is requesting a one -year extension to act on this special permit to construct a new building for use as an Apothecary, which will contain retail and medical offices, for property located at 2624 Main Main Street and shown on Assessor' s Map 89, Lot 14. The special permit is set to expire on July 16, 2021 . 6 . Public Hearing: 5pecial Permit and Site Plan Review Application #2021-06: Applicant/ Owner, Stephen Brown for property located at 2628 Main Street and shown on Assessor' s Map 89, Lot 14 in the Commercial High Density (C-H), Residential Medium Density (R-M), and Village Business (V-B) zoning districts .
