A RESOLUTION SETTING THE SALARIES FOR THE EXEMPT POSITIONS OF THE CITY OF
MOAB
WHEREAS, the Governmg Body of the City of Moab is required to set salaries of exempt positions of
the City of Moab, and
WHEREAS, the exempt employee as defined to the Department of regulations #541, but not to be
restricted to, will include at this time, the following positions
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Moab that the grade be set forth as follows
Section 1 Yearly salary range for the following exempt positions only
City Manager — Grade E5
Police Chef— Grade E3
Public Works Dir — Grade 18
Recorder — Grade 17
Treasurer — Grade 14
$51,657 - $80,471
$47,043 — $73,289
$37,250 — $58,067
$35,559 — $55,395
$30,902 — $48,170
Section 2 Yearly salary rates for the following elected official positions
Mayor
Councilmembers
This resolution shall take effect July 1, 2002
