NOIRE 0 0 � r r Pursuant to Governor Baker' s March 12, 2020 Order Suspending Certain Provisions of the Open Meeting Law and his March 15 and March 23, 2020 Orders imposing strict limits on the number of people that may gather in one place, this meeting will be conducted via remote participation to the greatest extent possible . Specific information and the general guidelines for remote participation by members of the public and/or parties with a right and/or requirement to attend this meeting may be found on the Town ' s website at www . brewster- ma . gov , For this meeting, members of the public who wish to listen to the audio broadcast may do so via the Town of Brewster website at http : //livestream . brewster- ma . ov or on Channel 18 . No in - person attendance of members of the public will be permitted , but every effort will be made to ensure the public can adequately access the proceedings in real time via technological means . The Town has established specific email addresses for each board and committee that will be meeting remotely so that residents can send their comments in writing either before or during the meeting . Those present were : Sue Brown , Lem Skidmore, Liaison Mary Chaffee , Sherry Theuret, Administrative Supervisor and Paul Anderson , Superintendent . • Declaration of a Quorum — Roll call completed by Water Commissioner Baran . • Meeting Participation Statement — Read by Water Commissioner Baran • Review BWC 2020 Annual Report o First revision sent out . Superintendent will adjust to modifications sent by the commissioners . A final draft will be sent out before approval . o Commissioner Baran would like to see a memoriam to William Porter and his service to the Town of Brewster as a water commissioner. • Superintendent's Report o Flushing of west end of town started Monday, March 29th o Brewster Vision Planning Committee — Looking at open space and the assistance of purchasing land and information out to the public. o Generator Project is out to bid r } o Requests for water to be turned on for seasonal accounts has started o Hydraulic Study — Complete — Looking at vulnerable aspect . Abandoning water main no longer being used and installing water main to make sure there is fire protection . o Completed CCR Report — Summarizing what has been going on with the water main and services in the { { town . ■ Consumer Confidence Report — Complete — Will wait next fiscal year to improve and change appearance of report ■ Link on website and back of billing statements for report being available to the public. o PFAS Sampling is scheduled for Monday, April 5th o Hydration Station completed base work at White Caps Field . Anticipating being completed before town meeting . o Water department will be responsible for mainting and clearing the hydration station . j ■ SOP will be created for the maintenance of the hydration station . o Table top exercise date of May 3rd I • Office Manager's Report o Continuing to work with Vadar with the transfer of our billing program from Bill Master to Vadar.
