We hove been working internally and with our vendors to resolve oll the issues. We hove been able to address most of the issues. We are still having some problems related to undeliverable e-mails, relating specifically to the Comcast.net domain. We are exploring if the problem is isolated with larger (15 or more) e-mail groups, again specifically related to the Comcast.net domain. The problem is occurring less frequently with the assistance of our vendor Edgewave. We have been somewhat successful over the last couple days sending and receiving test e-mails to Comcast.net via OWA externally and Outlook internally. We still plan on doing some more testing, and we will keep you apprised of any developments. Thank you for your understanding. Not only did all the batched Comcast.net emails return via Mailer Daemon notification; many Verizon.net email addresses were also rejected. The situation has now been made worse! I cannot financially afford to continue wasting my time and resources to address Town related computer problems; this not the first time. I spoke with Gade at 888-565-4329 who has advised that the issue stems from the service provider, Town of Watertown. The IT Dept. has access to the settings, etc. Comcast has not blocked my emails; nor have the Comcast customers blocked my emails; the issue is internal to the sender's email. Thank you.
