APPOINTING PETER ZIEMBA TO THE POSITION
OF PROVISIONAL FIRE CAPTAIN
WHEREAS, there is a need for a ~rovisional Fire Captain in the Fire Department
of the Borough of Carteret; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the Borough of Carteret to make an
appointment to said vacancy.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Mayor
and Council of the Borough of C arteret that
PETER ZIEMBA
be and is hereby appointed to the position of Provisional Fire Captain, effective June
7, 1999.
Adopted this 3rd day of June, 1999
and certified as a true copy of the
original on June 4, 1999.
