Sorry, I forgot that rule.
The decision to assert that Watertown has met its affordable housing quota by using the percentage of
land use as the criterion seems to me like a rather large policy decision. I am curious why it was done
without notifying the Town Council ahead of time and I wonder if this was discussed with the Housing
Partnership before a letter was sent to state officials.
