AN ORDINANCE Ai IF iDING AND SUPPLEMENTING SECTION
§222 -28, ENTITLED SUSPEISION OF PARKIN, G; SCHEDULE OF CLEANING,
OF CHAPTER 222, "STREETS AND SIDEWALKS"
OF CODE OF THE BOROUGH OF CARTERET
BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and Council of Are Borough of Carteret (the "Borough ")
follows:
Section 1. § 222 -28 "Suspension of parking schedule of cleaning" is hereby amended
supplemented to include the following new paragraph °F "; the balance of same shall rem
unchanged:
Name of Street Location Hours Days
Etheridge Drive West Bound Side - entire length 9 am to I I am P & 3 Friday
Etheridge Drive East Bound Side -- entire length 9 am to l l am 2 "d & 4" Friday
Section 2. All Ordinances or parts thereof inconsistent with the provision of this Ordinance are
hereby repealed limited to the extent of any such inconsistency.
Section 3. If any section, paragraph, subdivision, clause or provision of this Ordinance is
adjudged invalid, such adjudication shall apply only to the section, paragraph, subdivision,]
clause or provision so adjudged and the remainder of this Ordinance shall be deemed valid and
effective.
SeOlon 4. This Ordinance shall take effect upon passage and publication according to
applicable law.
