It is understood that if this permit is granted the builder will at all times comply with the zoning, subdivision, flood control, building, fire,
soil and sedimentation, wetlands, marshlands protection and shore protection ordinances and codes whether local, state or federal, including
all environmental laws and regulations when applicable, subsequent owners should be informed that any alterations to the property must be
approved by the issuance of another building permit. Permit holder agrees to hold the City of Tybee Island harmless on any construction
covered by this permit.
This permit must be posted in a conspicuous location in the front of building and protected from the weather. If this permit is not posted
work will be stopped. The building contractor will replace curb paving and gutter broken during construction. This permit will be voided
unless work has begun within six months of the date of issuance.

Travel allowed on all authorized Highways and roads during daylight hours 30 minutes after sm-mes and 30 minutes before sunset only.
A vehicle front escort with .height sensor is required for the entire route.
Houses are authorized travel Monday through Saturday between the hours of 9:00 a.m, and 3:00 p.m., except In counties which heouire moves to be
made after 12:00 midnight and before 5:00 a.m. and unless otherwise designated on the permit.
Houses greater than or equal to 16 3- shall require a Polite Front Velude Escort and a Police Rear Vehicle Escort.
The carrier is responsible for providing two -way communication, in goad working order, so that the driver of the permitted load, the rivirtan escort
(when required) and the police escorts will all have constant contact while escorting the load.
This permit is granted under and subject to the vehile laws of Georgia and to all applicable general and specific conditions roroperating oversize, as
promulgated and published by the State Transportahon Board. In addition to complying with all applicable Federal and State Laws and regulations,
pennittee must comply with applicable County and Municipal ordinances when traveling off the State Highway System. Any false statement oFa
material fact qn the permit application may result In the denial of future permits to the premittee. Non - compliance with specific mnditons stated in
the preceding sections of this permit renders this permit subject to Immediate revoaBOn and confiscation by any police officer or any authorized
member of the Department.
This permlt does not give the permiltee the right to use or damage private property In any way. The permittee shall comply with all rules posted on
arty bridge or mad traversed. Any damage mused directly or indirectly to any mad surface, bridge, or other stmcb re, whether maintained by the
Geolgia Department of Transportation or by arwther, by me operation of the vehicle, is the responsibility of the perrnittes.
