ARTICLE II
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE VILLAGE OF
PLAINFIELD LIQUOR CODE
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF PLAINFIELD, AS FOLLOWS:
I. That Section 4-66(a) is hereby amended in its entirety
to read as follows:
(a) The number of liquor licenses authorized to be
issued within the corporate limits of the Village of
Plainfield, excluding Class "F" liquor licenses, shall
not exceed fifteen (15).
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage, approval, and publication as required by law.
This Ordinance shall be numbered as Ordinance No. 1545
PASSED THIS 7th DAY OF Februar , 1994.
