Pursuant to Article XII of the Brewster zoning bylaw, the Applicant seeks minor modifications to the site plan including reduction in parking spaces (from 190 to 178), relocation of two dumpster enclosures, adjustment to parking area, addition of a chiller pad, reconfiguration of paving, and no alteration to the Cape Cod Rail Trail connection. 6 .
