ACCEPTING THE WASTEWATER TREATMENT FACILITY UPGRADE PROJECT AS
COMPLETE
WHEREAS, all project components of the Moab Wastewater Treatment Facility Upgrade Project
are complete, including the submittal and approval of the Operations and Maintenance Manual,
NOW THEREFORE, WE, the govenung body of the City of Moab do hereby accept the Moab
Wastewater Treatment Facility Upgrade Project as complete
This resolution shall take effect immediately upon passage
