AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF A TAXICAB OWN'ER'S
LICENSE TO ADALBERTO VISCIGLIA
WHEREAS, an application has been filed and the proper fee paid for a Taxicab
ONvaer's License to Adalberto Visciglia for the 2015 -2016 License Term, trading
as
EXPRESS TAXI, LLC
WHEREAS, the qualification of the applicant has been investigated by the
Carteret Police Department and the said department recommends that a Taxicab
(Fleet) ONvaer's License for the 2015 -2016 License Term be granted to the
applicant.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the
Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret, that the Municipal Clerk be and is
hereby authorized and directed to issue Adalberto Visciglia a Taxicab Owner's
License for the 2015 -2016 License Tenn.
Adopted this 16" day of November, 2015
and certified as a true copy of the
original on November 17, 2015.
