Upon individual roll call the following were noted present: CouncilmemberVincent Bellino Jorge Diaz Dennis DiMascio " Randy Krum " Susan Naples Noted absent was Mayor Daniel J. Reiman and Councilmember Joseph Sitarz. in the absence of Mayor Daniel J. Reiman the meeting was conducted by Council President Randy Krum. Also noted present was Municipal Clerk Kathleen M. Barney and Borough Attorney Robert J. Bergen. The Meeting was opened with a Minute of Silent Prayer and the Pledge of Allegiance. It will make it easier for Tony to deal with properties in foreclosure. We're negotiating with them. If we can get it e�oived by the end of the year....... (inaudible) we can make them continue to comply with other things they already provide to the buildings. ABC Transfer — License # 1201 -33- 043 -001, Such's Caments Attorney Bergen commented that they will have to schedule a hearing for that application subsequent to the receipt of the Police Report. Councilmember Naples asked if it was a premise. Attorney Bergen replied no. There are some questions about the owner. As soon as we get the report back we'll schedule a Hearing. Reports REPORTS — 1. Inspection of Buildings — October 2015. Camdttees - COMMITTEES— BUILDINGS & GROUNDS — Committee Chairperson Naples reported that they were beginning to winterize to assist Councilmember DiMascio department. FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION — Committee Chairperson Diaz reported continued progress.
