1 The Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of Richmond, Indiana, met at 5 p.m. Thursday, March 14,
2 1996, in the Municipal Building in said City. President Robert Goodwin presided with Robin Henry and Bruce
3 Metzger in attendance.The following business was had to-wit:

5 APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF MARCH 7.1996

7 The minutes of the March 7, 1996 meeting were approved on a motion by Metzger, second by Henry and it was
8 carried on a unanimous voice vote.

10 CLAIMS FOR PAYMENT

12 President Goodwin announced claims totaling $85,171.02 and $424,052.80 to be approved. Henry so moved,
13 second by Metzger and the motion was carried on a unanimous voice vote.

15 REQUESTS

17 A. Henry read a letter from Captain John Farmer of the Traffic Safety Division noting he had reviewed
18 the route for the upcoming fundraising WalkAmerica and recommended it be approved. The route for
19 the event, which will begin at 7:30 a.m. Saturday, April 20, will be the same as last year. Henry moved
20 to approve the request,second by Metzger and the motion was carried on a unanimous voice vote.
