Implementation FY21
Minutes for February Meeting were accepted
DIRECTORS' REPORT ,
COA Town Report for 2020 has been submitted
30 Covid 19 shots to be given at Frederick Court
The Curbside Food Drive this week was well attended . Sixty percent of the food was picked
up by Seniors . The remainder was donated to the Brewster Baptist Church for their upcoming
food drive

FY21 Program Report :
April scheduled programs have been filmed
Meals on Wheels Program updated with new caterer {
Cape Coast meeting will be held April 12
The new design on Drummer Boy Park will be shown April 21st
Housing Committee Report :
Laura reported that available houses for sale are at an all -time low as home sales increased
during the Pandemic . Rental properties will continue to decline as home owners continue to
sell due to the demand and the higher values on their homes .

Vision Committee Report :
The Vision Committee is in the midst of their program work

Finance Committee Report :
The Finance Committee is working on the Town Warrant
Honey stressed that residents should be aware of the Debt Exclusion part of the Warrant .
Voting for or against the Nauset School Extension will have a long and serious effect on the
Towns' Finances .
Recreation Committee Report :
The Recreation Committee is very interested in the COA offer to seek funding for benches for
Freemans' Way Ball Fields . Denise will contact Mike Gradone .
The DPW will start ADA site preparation work at the Freeman Ballfields in the spring
The Recreation Department and Pleasant Bay Community Boating have joined forces to
provide a Sailing Program at Mill Pond this year
