1. President Agan Called to Order -Time 5:45 p.m.
2. Approval of Minutes of the September 6, 2016 Meeting.
~ Motion: Motion was made by Director Campbell and seconded by Director
Bergthold to approve.
Motion carried by a vote of 5-0.
3. Consider Budget Procedures for CCPD, by approving Order No. 01-17,
establishing rules for the adoption of the Crime Control and Prevention
District Budget.
Eric Strong, City Manager presented Budget Procedures for the Richland Hills Crime
Control and Prevention District.
Motion: Motion was made by Director Bergthold, and seconded by Director
Malone to approve.
Motion carried by a vote of 5-0.
4. Public Hearing on the Proposed FY 2017-2018 Richland Hills Crime Control
and Prevention District Annual Budget.
Eric Strong, City Manager presented the proposed FY 2017-2018 Richland Hills Crime
Control and Prevention District Annual Budget.
President Agan opened the public hearing: Time 5:50 p.m.

5. Consider the Proposed FY 2017-2018 Richland Hills Crime Control and
Prevention District Annual Budget.
Motion: Motion was made by Director Barger, and seconded by Director Campbell
to approve.
Motion carried by a vote of 5-0.
6. Adjourn.
Motion was made by Director Bergthold, and seconded by Director Campbell to adjourn.
There being no further business to come before the Board, President Agan declared the
meeting adjourned at 5:58 p.m.
