ORDINANCE # 2018-O-
WHEREAS: Pursuant to The Charter of the City known as the Town of
Watertown, Section 2-7, subsection C, provides the mechanism to adjust the
Clerk of the Town Council salary as may from time to time be provided for such
office by Ordinance:
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED: That the Town Council of the City
known as the Town of Watertown adjusts the Town Council Clerkâs salary as follows:
Effective July 1, 2017 (Fiscal Year 2018), the hourly rate shall be $23.41 (2.25%
increase).
Effective July 1, 2018 (Fiscal Year 2019), the hourly rate shall be $23.88 (2.0%
increase).

I hereby certify that at a regular meeting of the Town Council for which a quorum was
present, the above reappointment was adopted by a vote of for, against, and
present on September 25, 2018
