SUBJECT: TRANSPORTATION AND PUBLIC SAFETY COMMISSION ACTIONS -
MEETING OF FEBRUARY 12,2014
RECOMMENDATION:
The City Council is requested to receive and file the Transportation and Public Safety
Commission actions from their meeting of February 12, 2014.
BACKGROUND:
On February 12, 2014, the Transportation and Public Safety Commission held their
regularly scheduled meeting.
ANALYSIS:
Following is a summary of actions taken at the February 12, 2014 Transportation and
Public Safety Commission meeting:
1. ROLL CALL:
Present: Commissioner-Clift, Haddad, Nimri, Vice-Chairman Redmond,
Chairman Stratis
Absent: Commissioner-None
Excused: Commissioner-None

2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
The Transportation and Public Safety Commission approved the minutes of their
January 22, 2014 meeting.
3. PARKING CITATION HEARINGS
The Transportation and Public Safety Commission held six hearings in person,
upheld four citations, and dismissed two citations.
The Transportation and Public Safety Commission reviewed one hearing
requested by written declaration, and upheld the citation.
CONCLUSION:
The City Council is requested to receive and file this report.
FISCAL IMPACT:
This item does not have an impact on the Fiscal Year (FY) 2013-14 City Budget.
