President Agan Called to Order -Time 6:05 p.m.
1. Approval of Minutes of the August 18, 2015 Meeting.
Motion: Motion was made by Director Lopez, and seconded by Director Goveas to
approve.
Motion carried by a vote of 4-0. Directors Barger and Williams absent.
2. Public Hearing on the Proposed FY 2016-17 Richland Hills Crime Control
and Prevention District Annual Budget.
Eric Strong, City Manager presented the proposed FY 2016-17 Richland Hills Crime
Control and Prevention District Annual Budget.
President Agan opened the public hearing: Time 6:07 p.m.

3. Consider the Proposed FY 2016-17 Richland Hills Crime Control and
Prevention District Annual Budget.
Motion: Motion was made by Director Goveas, and seconded by Director Desoto
to approve.
Motion carried by a vote of 4-0. Directors Barger and Williams absent.
4. Adjourn.
Motion was made by Director Lopez, and seconded by Director Desoto to adjourn.
There being no further business to come before the Board, President Agan declared the
meeting adjourned at 6:38 p.m.
