President Lopez Called to Order -Time 6:12 p.m.
1. Approval of Minutes of the August 28, 2017 Meeting.
Motion: Motion was made by Director Bergthold and seconded by Director
Campbell to approve.
Motion carried by a vote of 5-0.
2. Public Hearing on FY 2018-2019 Budget.
Eric Strong, City Manager presented the proposed FY 2018-2019 Richland Hills Crime
Control and Prevention District Annual Budget.
President Lopez opened the public hearing: Time 6:16 p.m.

3. Consider Approval of FY 2018-2019 Budget.
Motion: Motion was made by Director Malone, and seconded by Director Goveas
to approve.
Motion carried by a vote of 5-0.
4. Adjourn.
Motion was made by Director Barger, and seconded by Director Campbell to adjourn.
There being no further business to come before the Board, President Lopez declared
the meeting adjourned at 6:16 p.m.
