APPROVING ACCRUED TIME COMPENSATION
I� WHEREAS, the Borough of Carteret presently compensates its employees, pursuant to I
the provisions of collective bargaining agreements, for unused sick time in order to
provide for increased productivity, efficiency and ultimate long term savings for the
I Borough; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Mayor and Council of the Borough
of Carteret as follows:
1. That the 2015 Accrued Time Compensation currently in place for employees
is henceforth approved for 2015 as follows:
Union Member Employees
Up to eight (3) sick days
Non - Union/ Mana¢enrent Emnlovees
Up to 3 sick days
[Jp to 10 vacation days
Adopted this 3` day of December, 2015
and certified as a true cop} of the
original on December 4, 2015,
