1 . The meeting was called to order by the chairman at 10 : 00 AM via
Zoom
2 . Minutes of the previous meeting were approved
3 . The project at Ocean regarding the Nickerson House proposal has
been rescinded .
4 . Faythe Ellis check the ongoing project to complete another batch of
l
Form B ' s by June 30 , 2021 . Our consultant indicated she would
complete the project on time ,
S . Patricia discussed progress on obtaining box binders for hard copies
of the Form - B ' s

6 . Patricia agreed to obtain a digitized copy of the map of historic
homes in preparation for the Board of Trade meeting
7 . Reschedule the presentation to the Brewster Board of Trade Board
of Directors to May 20th .
8 . Patricia and Renee agreed to push forward on the demolition Delay
project - a public hearing is planned by the building department
9 . Historical Brewster Coordinating Committee - Given pressure on
everyone to get ready for the summer the first gathering is unlikely
until the late summer or fall .
10 . Patricia and George will arrange a meeting with the HDC
11 . Renee will ready presentation in display case at the Library for
June
12 . There being no further business the meeting was adjourned at
11 : 05 AM
