REGULAR MEETING MINUTES
AUGUST 11, 2014
1. CALL TO ORDER

2. ROLL CALL AND DETERMINATION OF A QUORUM
Chairman Campbell, constituting a quorum, at which time the following business was
transacted:
3. APPROVAL OF THE APRIL 14, 2014 REGULAR MEETING MINUTES
A motion was made by Chairman Campbell to table the item until the next meeting
date, and seconded by Member Skier to allow for revisions to the April 14, 2014,
regular meeting minutes to be completed.
Motion carried by a vote of 4-0.
4. Z12 -14 6604 Blvd 26 WALMART -AMENDED PLAT OF LOTA lA, 2A-1 AND
3A, BLOCK 1, OF THE BARCLAY ADDITION, THE PROPERTY ZONED PLANNED
UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PUD), IS LOCATED AT THE CORNER OF RUFE SNOW
AND BLVD 26.
Erica Craycraft with Freese and Nichols presented a staff report to the Commission.
A motion was made by Member Knowlton and seconded by Member LaPointe to
recommend approval to City Council.
Motion carried by a vote of 4-0.

by Member Skier, and seconded by Member Knowlton to adjourn.
Motion carried by a vote of 4-0.
