1. CALL TO ORDER
Chairman Campbell called the meeting to order at 6:32 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL AND DETERMINATION OF A QUORUM
Chairman Campbell, constituting a quorum, at which time the follow business was
conducted:
3. APPROVAL OF THE AUGUST 11, 2014 MEETING MINUTES
Motion was made Member Skier, and seconded by Member Knowlton to approve.
Motion carried by a vote of 3-0. Member Baker abstained and Member LaPointe
absent.
4. REMOVE FROM TABLE AND APPROVAL OF THE APRIL 14, 2014 MEETING
MINUTES
Motion was made Member Baker, and seconded by Member Knowlton to remove the
item from the table.
Motion carried by a vote of 4-0. Member LaPointe absent.
Motion was made by Member Skier, and seconded by Member Baker to approve.
Motion carried by a vote of 4 -0. Member LaPointe absent.
5. ELECTION OF BOARD OFFICERS
Motion was made by Member Skier, and seconded by Member Knowlton to nominate
Athena Campbell, as Chairman.
Motion carried by a vote of 4-0. Member LaPointe absent.
Motion was made by Member Knowlton, and seconded by Member Baker to table the
Vice-Chairman nomination until all Members are present.
Motion carried by a vote of 4-0. Member LaPointe absent.
6. PUBLIC HEARING: None Scheduled
7. DISCUSSION ITEM: Discussion and consideration of the annual report.
Chairman Campbell, presented to the Members, the 2014 annual report to be presented
to City Council.
Motion was made by Member Baker, and seconded by Member Skier to approve.
Motion carried by a vote of 4-0. Member LaPointe absent.
8. PUBLIC COMMENTS
None speakers.
9. EXECUTIVE SESSION
None at this time.
10. SET THE DATE AND TIME OF THE NEXT COMMISSION MEETING
The next meeting is set for Monday, November 10, 2014 at 6:30 p.m.
11. ADJOURN
Motion was made by Member Knowlton and seconded by Member Baker to adjourn.
There being no further business to come before the Planning and Zoning Commission,
Chairman Campbell declared the meeting adjourned at 6:43 p.m.
