A RESOLUTION OF THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF MOAB
DECLARING CERTAIN PROPERTY
OWNED BY THE CITY OF MOAB AS SURPLUS
WHEREAS, Moab City has the nght and title to certain property hsted below
and,
WHEREAS, the Governing Body of Moab City declares that at present time, it
has no use whatsoever for said property
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF
MOAB CITY THAT
1 The following described property is hereby declared as surplus
1 Two- Arvin Air Swamp type Coolers
2 This resolution shall take affect immediately upon passage
PASSED AND APPROVED in open Council by a ma]onty vote of the Governing Body
of Moab City Council this 11 m day of June, A D , 2002
