CALL TO ORDER Chairman Campbell called the Planning and Zoning Commission to order at 7:02 pm. 2. ROLL CALL AND DETERMINATION OF A QUORUM Chairman Campbell, constituting a quorum, at which time the follow business was conducted: 3. JOINT PLANNING AND ZONING AND CITY COUNCIL PUBLIC HEARINGS, MEETINGS, AND OTHER RELATED ITEMS A. Joint Public Hearing for a specific use permit to permit operation of a contracting business (MCL Contracting) with outside storage. The property, zoned Light Commercial (L-C), is located at 7324 Baker Blvd. At 7:03 pm Mr. Moore presented case on behalf of staff recommending approval of the specific use permit and amended plat. Mayor Agan opened the public hearing at 7:05 pm. Chairman Campbell asked Commissioner Kyle LaPointe to step down and abstain from the Planning and Zoning commission at 7:05 pm. RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS 76118 • (817) 616-3770 NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICES Megan LaPointe, 7114 Hovenkamp Ave., Richland Hills, TX 76118 presented on behalf of MCL Contracting and the properties at 7218 and 7324 Baker Blvd regarding the specific use permit and amended plat. Mayor Agan closed the public hearing at 7:19 pm. B. Planning and Zoning consideration of recommendation for a request for a Specific Use Permit (SUP) for operation of a contracting business (MCL Contracting) with outside storage. The property, zoned Light Commercial (L-C), is located at 7324 Baker Blvd. Motion: Motion was made by Member Baker and seconded by Member Skier to approve items 3(B) 7:21 pm. Motion carried by a vote of 3-0, Member Kyle LaPointe abstained. 6. OTHER ITEMS FOR CONSIDERATION A. Consideration of a Final Plat to combine 7218 Baker Blvd and 7324 Baker Blvd into one lot, also known as Lot 1 Block 1 Baker Addition, Richland Hills, Tarrant County, Texas. Presentation by Mr. Moore regarding methods of a short-form plat at 7:23 pm. B. Planning and Zoning consideration of a recommendation for a Final Plat to combine 7218 Baker Blvd and 7324 Baker Blvd into one lot, also known as Lot 1 Block 1 Baker Addition, Richland Hills, Tarrant County, Texas. Motion: Motion was made by Member Skier and seconded by Member Baker to approve items 6(B) 7:24 pm. Motion carried by a vote of 3-0, Member Kyle LaPointe abstained. D. Adjourn Planning and Zoning Meeting. Motion: Motion was made by Member Baker and seconded by Member Skier to adjourn at 7:26 pm. Motion carried by a vote of 3-0, Member Kyle LaPointe abstained.
