JUNE 17, 2014
1. CALL TO ORDER
Chairman Blum called the Successor Agency to the Temple City Community Redevelopment
Agency Regular Meeting to order at 9:22 p.m. in the Council Chambers located at 5938
Kauffman Avenue, Temple City.

PRESENT: Member—Sternquist, Yu, Chavez, Blum
ABSENT: Member—Vizcarra
ALSO PRESENT: Interim Executive Director Penman, Assistant Agency Attorney
Murphy, Agency Secretary Kuo, Assistant to the City
Manager/Economic Development Manager Haworth, Administrative
Services Director Hause, Parks and Recreation Director Burroughs,
and Community Development Director Forbes
Vice -Chair Chavez made a motion to excuse Agency member Vizcarra for cause. Seconded by
Agency member Yu.
3. CONSENT CALENDAR
Vice -Chair Chavez made a motion to approve the Consent Calendar. Seconded by Agency
member Yu and unanimously carried.
A. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
The Successor Agency is requested to review and approve the Minutes
of the Regular Successor Agency to the Former Temple City Community Redevelopment
Agency Meeting June 3, 2014.
Action: Approved.
B. ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION NO. 14-5007-SA—APPROVAL OF PAYMENT OF BILLS

The Successor Agency is requested to adopt Resolution No. 14 -5007 -SA authorizing
payment of bills.
Action: Adopted Resolution No. 14 -5007 -SA
