Howard Hayes ; Member Diane Salomon ; Deputy Assessor James Gallagher Call to Order : Vice Chair Hayes called the meeting to order at 4 : 33 pm . Declaration of a Quorum : A quorum was present. All members were participating remotely and confirmed that they could hear each other. Meeting Participation Statement : Mr. Gallagher read the following meeting participation statement : This meeting will be conducted by remote participation pursuant to Gov . Baker ' s March 2020 orders suspending certain Open Meeting Law provisions and imposing limits on public gatherings . No in-person meeting attendance will be permitted . If the Town is unable to live broadcast this meeting, a record of the proceedings will be provided on the Town website as soon as possible . Mr . Gallagher was monitoring the public comment/question email address and confirmed that no questions or comments had been received . Regular Session • Report of the Deputy Assessor : Mr . Gallagher gave a status update on the FY2022 Revaluation Certification . • Review and sign Barnstable County Commissioners County Tax Warrant: Mr . Hayes made the motion to Commit the $ 161 , 973 . 00 County Tax . Ms . Salomone seconds the motion . Hayes made the motion to Commit the $ 173 , 658 . 00 Environmental Protection Fund Tax . Ms . Salomone seconds the motion.
