RESOLUTION NO. 2024-02-03
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER TO ENTER INTO CONTRACT WITH
C & L WATER SOLUTIONS INC. FOR CHEMICAL GROUTING OF WASTEWATER SEWER.
WHEREAS, the Town of Fraser has planned and budgeted for the chemical grouting of
the wastewater sewer in the alley between Mill Ave. and Byers Ave.
WHEREAS, C & L Water Solutions is the only vendor capable of performing the work in
Colorado they have been selected to complete the work.
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF FRASER,
COLORADO THAT:
1. The Town of Fraser Trustees authorizes the Town Manager to enter into a contract with
C & L Water Solutions Inc. to perform chemical grouting of the wastewater sewer line in
the alley between Mill Ave. and Byers Ave. for a price not to exceed $100,000.
