Regular meeting of .the Council; -
Mayor Vahlsing presiding and councilmen Haack- Kruse-
Okones-Lindaman- Luee present.
I+�inutes of last meeting were read and on motion by Lindaman
second by Luwe approved as read.
It was moved by ICruse second by Haack that Hermit of J B Nott
for Cigarette License be cancelled, and a refund of 3/4 of fee be refunded.
motion carried.
It was moved by Okones second by Lug*re that application for a
Cigarette permit be granted to Paul Lantz. motion carried.
It vas moved by Okones second by Luwe that the Bond for sale
of Cigarettes to Paul Bants be approved. Motion carried.
A committee from the Fire Company were present at the meeting
and reported that the Fire Truc'_� ha_d been f ound to fail to start
properly, and asked- the council to appoint someone to properly take care of
the Fire Truc'c, so that .it will be in running order at all times.
It was moved by Luwe second by Lindaman that we order 300 feet
of new 'Double Jacket Fire Hose- motion carried.
It was moved by.Lu!ve second by Haack that the Firemen be asked
to make a complete survey of the whole Town inspecting Chimneys and
Flues, and -other Fire h�zzards, during the weep of Oct nth. Pf7otion Carried.
It was moved by Kruse seconded by Haack that R tV Ross �e
appointed. to take care of the Fire Truck- motion carried. t�,�y.
Treasurers report was received, read and. ordered
It ��Tas moved icy Lindaman second..by Haack that the fol�owin�
hesolution be adopted.

Mayor declared Resolution adopted.
