RESOLUTION NO. 2024-03-04
A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE NEW LOGO AND BRANDING
PROVIDED BY SLATE COMMUNICATIONS
WHEREAS, the Town of Fraser Board of Trustees acknowledges the importance of a
distinctive and representative logo to symbolize the identity and values of our community and
WHEREAS, Slate Communications has presented a new logo design proposal that
reflects the essence and character of the Town of Fraser, embodying its spirit, heritage,
aspirations; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees has carefully reviewed and considered the new logo
design and finds it to be visually appealing, meaningful, and aligned with the town's vision and
objectives;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF
FRASER, COLORADO THAT:
1. The new logo design provided by Slate Communications is hereby approved for official
adoption as the Town of Fraser's official logo.
2. The Marketing and Communications manager is authorized and directed to take all
necessary actions to implement the adoption of the new logo, including but not limited to
updating official documents, signage, and digital media platforms.
3. The Board expresses its appreciation to Slate Communications for their creativity,
professionalism, and collaboration in developing the new logo design.
