Dear Council Members,
Attached please find Ordinance 11-2022, an amendment to Ordinance 42-2021 (2022 Sanitation
Salary Ordinance).
A scrivener’s error was discovered on the Landfill Operator Class A position reflecting an
incorrect salary. This correction properly adjusts the salary to the intended amount of $39,450.
The budgeted amount was correct, the typo was only in the salary ordinance.
