RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER
WHEREAS, on May 6, 1999. the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret
approved a contract to William Rauh & Sons in the amount orS11,850.00; and
WHEREAS, the Borough Engineer has informed the Governing Body that a
modification of the contract is reasonable and necessary; and
WHEREAS, the Borough Engineer has fi_trther certified that said modifications
were unforeseen at the time the original contract was awarded;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE 1T RESOLVED that the sum of $500.00 is hereby
added to the original contract and payment of the modified amount is hereby
approved.
Adopted this 10th day of June, 1999
and certified as a true copy of the
original on June 1 I, 1999.
