FINANCE REFORM TASK FORCE
AUGUST 19, 2009
The meeting was called to order at 5:35 P.M. in the Richland Hills City Hall
lobby.
In attendance:
Council Members: Larry Marrs and Don Acker
Citizens: Ralph Smith and Nelda Stroder
Absent:
Citizens: John Starnes
Minutes:

1. Meeting called to order with introductions of members present at 5:35
PM.
2. The minutes of the July 28, 2009 meeting and the minutes of the August
11, 2009 meeting were reviewed and approved.
3. There was a discussion concerning the response from the T requesting
historical data regarding ridership.
4. There was a discussion concerning the format of the presentation by the
Alternate Transportation and Transportation Finance Reform Task Force
to the Richland Hills City Council.
5. There was a discussion concerning the schedule for making the
presentation to the Richland Hills City Council.
6. There was a discussion of assignments for Task Force members to begin
• preparation of the presentation to the City Council.
• 7. The next meeting of the Transportation Task Force will be held at 5:30
PM in City Hall on Thursday, August 27, 2009.
8. The meeting was adjourned at 8:00 PM.
