RESOLUTION TO GO INTO CLOSED SESSION
WI1EREAS, Section 8 oFthe Open Public Meeti.gs Act, Chapter 231 P.L 1975,
perlnits the exchlsion oFihe public flora a meeting in cerlain circumstances; and
WHEREAS, this public body is of the opinion that such circumstances presently
exists;
NOW, TI1EREFORE, lie IT RESOI,VED by tile Mayor and Council of the
Borough o£Carteret, County of Middlesex, Slate of'New Jersey, as Follows:
1. Tile public shall be exclud,ed fi'om attending, discussing or parlicipating in tile
hereinafter specified subject matters.
2. The general nature of the subject malter to be discussed is as follows:

It is anticipated at this lime that Ihe above stated subject matter will be made
public:

4. This resolution shall take effect immediately.
