FINANCE REFORM TASK FORCE
SEPTEMBER 3, 2009
The meeting was called to order at 5:30 P.M. in the Richland Hills City Hall
lobby.
In attendance:
Council Members: Larry Marrs and Don Acker
Citizens: Ralph Smith
Absent:
Citizens: John Starnes and Nelda Stroder
Minutes:
1. Meeting called to order with introductions of members present at 5:30
PM.
2. The minutes of the August 19, 2009 meeting and the minutes of the
August 27, 2009 meeting were approved.
3. There was a discussion concerning the presentation by the Alternate
Transportation and Transportation Finance Reform Task Force to the
Richland Hills City Council.
4. The next meeting of the Transportation Task Force will be held at 5:30
PM in City Hall on Wednesday, September 9, 2009.
5. The meeting was adjourned at 6:42 PM.
