On behalf of the Village of OE II and the Corcoran Jennison Management Co, we hereby request a minor
modification to the existing Order of Conditions SE 9 – 1805 to allow for limited annual removal of
certain beach grasses that have migrated seaward of the heavy-duty sand drift fence and begun to
populate the area around the wrack line. This modest removal will be done only in areas seaward of the
northern most points of the heavy-duty fence. Where possible, removed field grass plugs will be
transplanted landward of the same fence point markers.
