APPROVING THE NHDDLESEX COUNTY HAZARDOUS
MITIGATION PLAN AGREEMENT UPDATE
WHEREAS, the Borough of Carteret ( "Borough') has participated in the preparation of
the 2015 Middlesex County Hazard Mitigation Update Plan; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor and Council desire to formally approve the 2015 Middlesex
County Hazard Mitigation Plan Update as it pertains to the Borough.
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret hereby
approve the 2015 Hazardous Mitigation Plan Update and direct the appropriate Borough
Officials to take all action necessary to effectuate the same.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a copy of this Resolution be forwarded to the
Middlesex County Board of Chosen Freeholders, Middlesex County Office of
Emergency Management and the Borough Director of Engineering.

and certified as a true copy of the
original on January 15, 2016.
