Reiman at 6:00 P.M., Tuesday, December 29, 2015 in the Council Chambers , Memorial Municipal Building, 61 Cooke Avenue, Carteret, New Jersey. Upon Individual Roll Call Vote the following were noted present: Councilmember Vincent Bellino " Dennis DiMascio " Randy Krum Susan Naples Noted Absent were Councilmembers Jorge Diaz and Joseph W. Sitarz. Also noted present was Kathleen M. Barney, Municipal Clerk and Robert J. Bergen, Law Director. The meeting was opened with a minute of silent prayer and the Pledge of Allegiance led by Mayor Daniel J. Reiman. The Clerk stated that on January 5, 2015 the 2015 Annual Meeting Notice was mailed to The Home News Tribune, The Star Ledger and posted on the Bulletin Board. Notice was published in The Home News Tribune on January 7, 2015 and The Star Ledger on January 8, 2015. Attorney Bergen Attorney Bergen explained that this resolution is going to authorize the Council to have the Public Hearing and Adopt their 2016 SID I AND SID II Budgets, by title, so we would not have to read the entire budget. He then said to ask for a motion on the resolution.
