Reiman, Thursday, January 14, 2016, 6:00 P.M., in the Council Chambers, Memorial Municipal Building, 61 Cooke Avenue, Carteret, New Jersey. The following were noted present: Mayor Daniel J. Reiman Councilmember Vincent Bellino Jorge Diaz Dennis DiMascio Randy Krum " Susan Naples Noted Absent was Councilmember Joseph W. Sitarz. Also noted present was Kathleen M. Barney, Municipal Clerk and Robert J. Bergen, Law Director. The Clerk stated that on January 4, 2016, the 2016 Annual Meeting Notice was mailed to The Home News Tribune, The Star Ledger and posted on the Bulletin Board . Notice was published in The Home News Tribune on January 5, 2016 and The Star Ledger on January 6, 2016. The meeting was opened with a Minute of Silent Prayer and the Pledge of Allegiance led by Mayor Daniel J. Reiman. Mayor Reuran Mayor Reiman explained these were his appointments with Council Consent. Mayor's Appointments Mayor Reiman explained these were his independent appointments, most of which were re- appointments for different boards. He then asked for a motion to add this on as a Resolution listed as number 10, Resolution #16 -17. Upon MMS &C by Councilmembers Naples and Krum and unanimous affirmative vote of the five (5) Councilmembers present, Resolution #16 -17 was added and approved on as number ten (10) on the Consent Agenda. 5 JAI MY 14, 2016 Mayor Reiman said he filed the other appointments with the %yor ReIRM Clerk's Office and this is done individually.
