A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASING AGENT TO ENTER
INTO A FINANCIAL AGREEMENT WITH WELLS FARGO BANK
WHEREAS, the Purchasing Agent has determined that there is an ongoing need for
mdwidual credit cards for city employees for the purpose of city related travel and other
expenditures, and
WHEREAS, all purchases on said credit cards must be approved in advance and are
subject to the City's purchasing policy, and
WHEREAS, the Purchasing Agent has determined that this service can be obtained
through a local financial institution,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, THAT the Purchasing Agent is authonzed to
enter into a credit agreement with the below named financial institution for the purpose of
issuing and administering a credit card program for city employees for city related
expenditures

Moab, Utah 84532
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED by the Governing Body of the City of Moab in
open session this 14a' day of January, 2003 This resolution shall tyke effect immediately
upon presentation
