1. CALL TO ORDER
Chairman Strain called the work session of the City of Richland Hills Planning
& Zoning Commission to order at 8:00 Am., in the Council Conference Room at
City Hall, 3200 Diana Drive, Richland Hills, Texas.
Members Present: Strain, G Whitfield, Region, Starnes, Norton
Members Absent: Guinn, Klarich
Also Present: Tim Sralla-City Attorney, George Banker-Building Official
2. WORK SESSION:
A. DISCUSSION ITEM: CHAPTER 90 "ZONING"
The Committee and Mr. Sralla continued review of the land use tables
3. ADJOURNMENT
Chairman Strain declared the meeting adjourned at 12:OOpm.
