REGULAR MEETING MINUTES
JUNE 2, 2008
1. CALL TO ORDER
Chairman Strain called the regular meeting of the City of Richland Hills Planning
and Zoning Commission to order at 6:31 p.m., in the Council Chambers at City
Hall, 3200 Diana Drive.
Members present: Cleve Milner, Chairman Martha Strain, Curtis Whitfield, Greg
Klarich, and Ronny Region.
Member absent: Doug Guinn.
Others in attendance: Director of Community Development /Chief Building
Official Howard Gregory and City Attorney Tim Sralla.
2. APPROVAL OF MAY 5, 2008 REGULAR MEETING MINUTES
A motion was made by Member Whitfield, and seconded by Member Milner, to
approve the May 5, 2008 Regular Meeting Minutes, as written.
The motion carried by a vote of 5 - 0.
3. DISCUSSION ITEM: CHAPTER 90 "ZONING"
City Attorney Sralla and Chief Building Official Gregory will meet with City
Manager James Quin to discuss Chapter 90, "Zoning".
4. PERSONAL APPEARANCES (CITIZEN PARTICIPATION
REGARDING NON-SCHEDULED ITEMS AFFECTING THE PLANNING

There were none.
5. COMMENTS AND REPORTS FROM THE COMMISSION
Planning and Zoning Commission Chairman Strain instructed Director of
Community Development Gregory to place Chapter 90, "Zoning", and setting a
workshop date as discussion items on the July 7, 2008 regular meeting agenda.
6. ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the Commission, the meeting
was adjourned at 7:09 p.m.
